A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US
We are a small hobby breeder located in southern California, dedicated to producing wonderful AKC French Bulldogs of high quality, confirmation, and beautiful colors. My husband, my kids, and I are in love with the French Bulldog breed and enjoy sharing our love of the breed with families hoping to make one of these fantastic pups their next great addition.

Our puppies are fully registerable with the American Kennel Club (AKC), come with a health certificate, and come with a one-year health guarantee so you can be comfortable knowing you are adopting a pure-bred, healthy Frenchie.
Since we have only a few high quality litters per year, our puppies are raised in our home in a loving and caring environment. They get to socialize and play with our entire family – including our dog family of other Frenchies and a Frenchton - every day. Our puppies are given all of the attention and love in the world, so you can be sure your new puppy will be affectionate and have a great temperament when they finally meet you.

She weighs 23 lbs with great structure and a wonderful disposition.

Trigger. This Texas Elite Frenchie weighs in at only 18 lbs. He is a dashing lilac and tan boy with vibrant amber eyes.

Our beautiful puppies all come with vet health certificate, first set of shots, dewormer and 1 year health guarantee.

All puppies can be shipped at buyer's expense via United Pet Cargo, or be hand delivered by the breeder herself (for an additional fee).
DEPOSIT
We accept deposits in the amount of $1,000.00 to hold your new puppy. Should you choose to purchase two puppies, the deposit on the second puppy will be only $500.00.

Deposits are an agreement between you and Luv a Frenchie. We agree to hold your chosen puppy for you and you are agreeing to purchase that puppy. If a there is a defect or something unexpected happens to the puppy we can discuss a refund or apply the deposit to another puppy. Deposits for healthy puppies are non refundable. Please be sure you are serious about a puppy before putting a deposit down. Deposits on unborn or newborn puppies are also non refundable.
GUARDIAN HOME
How does a responsible, caring breeder work to provide loving families with great puppies and at the same time, give the breeding, parent dogs a great life? Our answer is to allow some of our breeding female dogs to leave us and become part of another family’s life and home, then return to us to be bred and again when it’s time to give birth to the puppies.
The female parent dog gets to be a companion/pet to their guardian home and have the happiness of being part of a family and home – and great puppies get raised. This breeding/parent dog lives in their forever home, grows up, is trained, is well socialized, loved and cared for and is part of the family. What could be better? The Guardian Family has the opportunity to have a truly wonderful dog at no cost, in exchange for working with us for a limited number of litters. The Guardian Family is paid $500 for each litter during the contract period. It’s a total “win/win” for everyone, the mama dog, the Guardian Family, and Luv a Frenchie!

Note: Guardian pups are still owned by Luv a Frenchie until we sign over the paperwork and after we have fixed the breeding female. There is a contract that must be signed by the guardian family, personal references must be provided and you MUST live within 30 minutes of us. If you would like more information about being a guardian please send us an email or call us for more details.

If you are interested in applying as a guardian home, please fill out the contract below. Guardian homes will be interviewed and must be opened to letting us view their home in person. We are picky when it comes to placing our puppies.
